The public interest research and advocacy network. piran will in the next few months kick start it project to supply rural schools in Ghana with solar light to help in their evening studies so that they can catch up with their peers in the cities blessed with electricity, which their rural folks lack and has contributed to their inability to learn at homes in the evenings.

This project seeks to alleviate the problem of electricity in the rural communities of Ghana. with this solar lamps and lights in their schools students can go there at night for their private studies, which is not convenient in the homes due to congestion and lack of electricity
